Modern & Creative Builders builds houses, extensions and commercial buildings in Lahore. We handle the drawings, the approvals, the structure and the finishing with our own supervised team, and we put every cost in writing before the work starts.
The problem with building in Pakistan
Most people build once. They hand a contractor a lump sum, watch the price climb, and find out about the shortcuts in the structure years later when the seepage and cracks appear. Overseas families have it worse: they pay for work they cannot see.
We set the company up to work the other way round. Itemised quotations so the price is known before the first brick. Our own supervisors on site so the work is done as drawn. Weekly photo updates so you see what you paid for, wherever you live.
Four rules we do not bend
Written, not verbal
Every quotation, schedule and change is put in writing before it happens. If it is not on paper, you do not pay for it.
Structure first
Steel is checked against the bar schedule before every pour and concrete is cured properly. The frame is the one thing you cannot fix later.
Supervision, daily
A site supervisor who reports to us, not to the labour contractor, is on site every working day.
You can see everything
Weekly photo and video updates, and the site is open to you or your representative at any time.

Grey Structure
Foundations, RCC frame, brickwork, slabs and plaster, built to the approved drawings with a supervised site team.

We meet you, walk the plot, check the society bylaws and understand what you want to build and spend.
Design & approvals
Drawings and elevations are prepared and revised with you, then submitted for map approval.
Itemised quotation
A written quotation lists every material by brand and grade, with a stage-wise payment schedule.
Construction
A dedicated supervisor is on site daily. You get weekly photo updates and can visit whenever you like.
Finishing & handover
Finishing is checked room by room, the snag list is cleared, and you get the keys and the drawings.
