Privacy Policy
How Modern & Creative Builders handles the information you share with us.
Who we are
Modern & Creative Builders is a construction company operating in Lahore, Pakistan. If you have a question about this policy, contact us at muhammaddawood175175@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the plot location and size, your budget and what you want to build, when you send an enquiry or speak to us.
- Project documents: where you engage us, we handle the plot documents needed for map approval, your drawings, the contract, payment records and site photographs.
- Basic usage information: standard web server logs such as the pages requested and the browser used.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation.
- To carry out the contract: drawings, approvals, construction, progress updates and handover.
- To submit drawings and applications to the housing society or development authority on your behalf.
- To keep the records that tax and contract law require us to keep.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed to do what you have asked us to do: the housing society or development authority for approvals, our architects and engineers, and suppliers who deliver materials to your site. We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as we are in contact with you about a project. Contract and project records are kept for as long as the law requires them to be retained after handover, and for the length of the warranty period.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
- Ask us to delete enquiry details we no longer need to keep.
The enquiry form
The form on our contact page sends your details to our office so we can answer you, and opens a WhatsApp message or an email that you then choose to send.
