Construction services in Lahore
Six services that cover a build from the first drawing to handover. Take the full package or the single stage you need; either way you get a written, itemised quotation before any work starts.
Grey Structure
The structure is the part of a house you cannot change later, so it is the part we are most careful about.
Excavation and foundations, RCC columns, beams and slabs, brick masonry, and internal and external plaster, all built from the approved structural drawings. Concrete is mixed to the specified ratio and cured properly, steel is checked against the bar schedule before pouring, and every stage is inspected before the next one starts.
What is included
- Site clearing, layout and excavation
- Foundations, plinth and DPC
- RCC columns, beams, lintels and slabs
- Brick masonry and parapets
- Internal and external plaster
- Plumbing and electrical conduits in the structure
- Water tanks, septic tank and drainage
Finishing & Interiors
Finishing is where the budget shows. We plan it room by room so nothing is decided in a hurry on site.
Flooring and wall tiles, marble and granite, wooden doors and windows, aluminium and glass, false ceilings, paint, electrical fittings, kitchens, wardrobes and sanitary fittings. You choose the materials from samples we bring to you, and the quotation lists each item with its brand and grade so the finish you were promised is the finish you get.
What is included
- Floor and wall tiling, marble and granite
- Wooden and aluminium doors and windows
- False ceilings and paint
- Kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and vanities
- Electrical fittings, lights and fans
- Sanitary and plumbing fittings
- Final clean and snag list before handover
Turnkey Construction
One team, one contract, one point of contact from the first drawing to the day you get the keys.
We take the plot from paper to possession: architectural and structural drawings, society or authority approval, grey structure, finishing, and the final handover with the snag list cleared. You get a single itemised quotation and a stage-wise payment schedule, and you deal with one project manager throughout.
What is included
- Architectural, structural and MEP drawings
- Map approval and completion certificate
- Grey structure and finishing
- Dedicated project manager and site supervisor
- Stage-wise payment schedule
- Weekly photo and progress updates
- Handover with snag list cleared
Commercial Construction
Commercial work is judged on schedule and on the details tenants notice: parking, services, lifts and finishes.
Plazas, shop fronts, offices and mixed-use buildings, built to the commercial bylaws of the society or authority. We plan the services early, from electrical loads and fire safety to lifts and basements, so the building is ready to let the day it is complete.
What is included
- Feasibility and bylaw check for the plot
- Architectural and structural design
- Basements, lifts and fire-safety provisions
- Shop fronts, glazing and signage bases
- Electrical, plumbing and HVAC coordination
- Phased handover for early letting
Renovation & Remodeling
Working in an occupied house needs a tighter plan than a new build. We phase the work so you can keep living there.
Adding a floor, extending a room, opening up a kitchen, re-doing bathrooms, replacing old plumbing and wiring, or a complete refit of an older house. We survey the existing structure first, tell you honestly what can and cannot be changed, and schedule the work in phases so the disruption is contained.
What is included
- Structural survey of the existing house
- Additional floors and room extensions
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Re-wiring and re-plumbing
- Facade and elevation upgrades
- Waterproofing and seepage repair
Design, Approvals & Supervision
Not every client needs a full build. Some need drawings, some need the approval sorted, some need supervision.
Architectural drawings and 3D elevations, structural design, society or authority map approval, and site supervision on a visit or full-time basis. If you have your own contractor we can check quantities, inspect the steel before each pour and sign off each stage, so you pay for work that is actually done.
What is included
- Architectural plans and 3D elevations
- Structural and MEP design
- Map approval and completion certificate
- Bill of quantities and cost estimates
- Stage inspections and pour approvals
- Independent supervision of your contractor

Questions about building with us
Clear answers on cost, time, approvals and warranty, before you commit to anything.
01What is included in grey structure?
Everything from excavation to plaster: foundations, RCC columns, beams and slabs, brickwork, internal and external plaster, plumbing and electrical conduits, water and septic tanks. Finishing items such as tiles, woodwork, paint and fittings are quoted separately or as part of a turnkey contract.
02How do you price a house?
Grey structure is usually quoted per square foot of covered area and finishing is itemised, because the finish level makes the biggest difference to cost. After the site visit and drawings you receive a written quotation with every item and its brand or grade listed, so you can compare it line by line.
03How long does construction take?
It depends on the covered area, the number of floors and the finish level, and we give you a written schedule with the quotation. As a rule of thumb, a single-family house takes several months for the structure and a similar period for finishing, with weather and material availability as the main variables.
04Do you handle map approval and the completion certificate?
Yes. We prepare the drawings to the society or authority’s bylaws, submit them, respond to objections and collect the approval. At the end we apply for the completion certificate so the house is fully documented.
05Can I use my own architect or supply my own materials?
Yes to both. We can build from your architect’s drawings, and clients often buy tiles, sanitary ware or kitchens themselves. The quotation is adjusted so you only pay us for what we supply and the labour to install it.
06I live abroad. How do you keep me informed?
Many of our clients build from overseas. You get a project manager on WhatsApp, weekly photo and video updates, a stage-wise payment schedule, and a video walkthrough before each payment is due. Your family or representative can visit the site at any time.
07Do you offer a warranty?
The structure and the workmanship are covered by a written warranty period stated in the contract, and we return to fix seepage, cracks in plaster or fitting faults that appear in that period. Manufacturer warranties on fittings and appliances are passed on to you.
Still have a question? Call us or send it through the form and we will answer it directly.
